Be Creative Corner

A place where I share my creative ideas!

 Introduction

Arts and crafts is a good way to release stress, as the creative action brings fulfillment.  This "Creative Corner" is just for that.  I will share what I create and the step-by-step instructions with some projects will make it easy for any one to follow and to be creative too.  I would love to share the knowledge I have here with like minded people in a fun way.

My Work

I use a variaty of art forms and even mix them to get the results I wish for.  I do small and large projects and from craft products to sell on the Flea Market, to gifts for friends and family to home decorating projects. 

My training started at a young age, as I am a born artist and Pottery was the medium I truely fell in love with.  I also did some Fine Sugar Art and that combined with my pottery kept me busy for over 25 years.  I also gave classes in those two mediums.  Further I read up on every sort of art and craft and as I am a quick learner and tried out everything myself, I accumulated a lot of knowledge about almost everything.

Approach

I approach my work with a unique perspective that takes into account your needs and your individual style. My style and technique are broad and flexible, developed over years of training and experience.  I like to play with ideas and different mediums and often use mixed mediums to achieve my goal.  I see in ordinary objects the potential to make from it something different and original.  It always amazes me to hear people saying that they can not do arts or crafts.  There is no fixed rules in creating something.  There is guidelines and short cuts, but the end result must be what you "feel" and the style must be your own.
